I got these because I thought they would be fun to try and maybe even help getting my kids' shoes on a little easier. I tried them out with my 2-year-old daughter's shoes (toddler size 6). I used 4 out of the 5 smallest sizes. They were incredibly hard to get through the holes in her shoes, probably because they have slightly smaller holes than adult shoes. I even bent back a finger nail doing it. Once I got them on I was fairly happy with them, though. I had to wrestle a bit to get her shoes on, but they felt secure on her feet. One shoe did eventually come off on its own, though. I think these are fun and might save some time, but I probably won't bother changing all the kids' shoes to these, especially if they all take about an hour to put through 16 holes.
I love the concept. My daughter knows how to tie her shoes but what is constantly having to retie them. The product itself comes with 2 sets one of each size ... 1 - 10. They make it easy for her to slip her shoes on and off and look really cute. I am not disappointed with the purchase but there is a drawback. Each "lace" has a tip which is designed to thread through the eyelet. It is very difficult to thread them and get them to lay flat inside the shoe. You have to pull very hard. I was worried that I was going to break the ends but they did survive some pretty serious tugging. That is my only real design complaint.... especially since I ruined my manicure putting them in! :)
These no tie shoelaces arrived a couple of days ago and I really like the ease and simplicity they provide. I like the way they are packaged on a cutout of a shoe. This makes them easy to remove and easy to judge the correct size appropriate for each eyelet on the sneaker. They are easy to insert and come with an instructional/troubleshooting sheet that I found very useful. The colors are bright, almost neon... Adding a definite flair to my all white runners. These are a fun product! I have a lot of tennis shoes, and I tend to throw on my shoes that don't require lacing just because I'm lazy, rather than the shoes with more support that require me to tie them. These laces are easy to put on, and make it much quicker to put on the shoes. I don't think I would use them on my best running shoes, but for every day sneakers, they are fun and easy to use!
I really like these rubber no tie shoelaces supplies, I got the rainbow color set, but they come in many color sets including black, red, yellow, green, blue, white, pink & orange. Easy to install just slip in each opposite hole and move up to next, they hold in place good, and are comfortable to wear.If you don’t like to tie shoe laces, or just don’t like the rabbit ear look you will love these. And wow these will be great for kid’s shoes, just slip on and go.If you have arthritis, are dexterity challenged, or just back pain and cant lean over to tie shoes these will be a life saver for you.
They not only came in different colors but one set was rainbow colored, 2) They weren't all one size and 3) They looked easy to "install". I couldn't wait to put these on my shoes as soon as they arrived. They are made of a thick silicone that has a textured, rubbery feel. Each lace is 1 piece and feels quite sturdy. They come on a thick card that looks like a shoe and also has pictures as to how you are supposed to put them on your shoes. Each lace is a different size to correspond to each set of holes on your shoes. You install them from the outside so that when you are done the little end pieces are hidden on the inside of the shoe. I put these on my work shoes because those are the shoes that I spend the most time in. I'm on my feet 8-10 hours a day and these laces definitely stood up to the test. After I put my shoes on I could definitely tell a difference between them and standard laces. They felt snug but not overly tight and never once did they pop out of the holes on my shoes. My shoes are easy to put on and slip off at the end of the day with these new laces on.
